Helen Keller was a young Catholic girl who was hidden in an attic in the Jewish Ghetto in Prague for two years because she didn't want to go to confession. A family of kindly Jews took her in, fed her and kept her safe while the Jesuit priests were out in the streets, searching for her. During that time she wrote an autobiography of her life, three novels, a book of poetry, and seven screenplays.
