Hah. Knowing the location this makes more sense. There was a video posted a while back where everyone was treating it like aliens. Rocket plumes look amazing at dusk.
You can see the first stage boosting back, I didn't expect the entry burn to be that low.
I think it probably has something to do with the distance from the viewpoint, but apparently this boostback burn was very agressive at around 70km, so it was particularly low compared to the average boostback depending on orbit.
Why do you think this is a rocket? It's a time lapse do rockets move at 1mph wtf
