I'm not sure what your point is. The fact that it's being injected with anesthesia in the first place is an admission that unborn babies feel pain. That's the whole point of the anesthesia. Nobody is denying this.
Up until recently (think 1980s) doctors claimed babies felt no pain and thus could commit atrocities like circumcision (and abortion). The baby would pass out from the pain but the doctors would just say its a normal response.
Kinda depends on when you do this eh? A baby one day before birth pretty obviously can feel pain, a couple months earlier and maybe not. 'Unborn Baby' needs defined for this to mean anything.
