He definitely got raided because he posted a video about it. He said he couldn't talk much about the reason why. Someone in the comment thread said something about him re-posting some underage shit.
There is some question as to whether he's currently in Australia or the US. I've no idea if he has US citizenship/green card status or if he was on a visa.
I don't follow him or watch his videos, I just see him posted a lot here. Consider making a post with the video you're talking about. I was under the impression he came to the US over the summer, but I don't know how, where, or for what. This mess is just a general curiosity for me. I don't even know where he posts his videos to.
I watched it so I know it's legit but when I search the results come up with a different vid. I'll try to find it but at the end of the day, meh, he's just another person that sees the con or he's a state agent meant to be brought down in some salacious way. It's a playbook and it works.
