So what? Anything along these lines is. He's flexing his rights, and that ensures we all have them. Though I don't like his speech, I'm glad he's out there speaking.

He definitely got raided because he posted a video about it. He said he couldn't talk much about the reason why. Someone in the comment thread said something about him re-posting some underage shit.
There is some question as to whether he's currently in Australia or the US. I've no idea if he has US citizenship/green card status or if he was on a visa.

From what I saw, it might just be a rumor. I found a post on Reddit with 10 comments. No proof anywhere.
There was literally a video posted here from him saying he couldn't say much about the "active investigation."
