How dare you post drivel like this, when (1) EOs are ALWAYS subservient and inferior to legislative law. In NO CASES is an ordinance (EO) superior to legislative law. (2) She has EVERY RIGHT to enter the store without a face mask for reasons of Religious Faith and Civil Rights, among other implied contracts that retail businesses must follow. There is NO LAW for wearing a mask. No governor has authority over legislated laws. No governor has any authority over anything that is not really State property. Look this up. It is the same for Federal rules. The people are FREE outside of government property. The people are however to follow the laws decided by the legislator.
