Would I spend 28k on one of these, yes I would if that meant I owned it after 1-2 years of saving. This house would allow me to save up to purchase land and maybe a larger home in cash in a 5 years. Imaging owning land and a modest house completely by the time you're 25-30?
You could even drop this on your property and rent it out for a sizable passive income.

Always able to charm his way into new ones. As time went on, I'm sure his 'Lebowski' lifestyle (slacker) started to catch up with him. Since, women tend to look for men that will provide them their security, it didn't help in the serious relationships he had. They ended badly. Lot's of bitterness there, I think. Even his suicide upset many, many people from our HS class. Being very popular in school, people were shocked and felt somewhat betrayed. How could he do that? I also read the many comments on the funeral home web page for leaving Condolences. The remarks left there were from all over the country. To me, some of them were inappropriate.
