Eh, it looks like maybe he thought he was going to grab the beard guy's left leg and pull him to the ground but the leg wasn't there. Just before he goes to the ground the beard guy flips his hip around like he was moving that leg and the other guy just messed up. Once he was on the ground he knew he was fucked so he tapped.
