Both their national average IQ and their GDP would seem to refute that claim. As said, killed a large fraction of their most intelligent. I'm sure if you looked at the core Russian ethnic group alone it would have a comparable average IQ to the US or any other predominantly white country.
That's interesting, I'd be happy to see any data on the Kievan Rus. But aside from their Norse admixture, they're still primarily Slavic. I'm not one of these purity spiral "Slaves aren't White enough" fags, but Slavs do have lower IQ than NW Europeans (excepting the Irish, who have a similar IQ).
