"be brave at being bad at something new"

(the person perfectly executes the first page of the new journal)

i cant watch this. partly because im tapering off caffine.

if you buy gel-ink rollerball pens remember they will be wider per the mm (believe its a measurement of the ball itself) than 'rollerball'/oil based inks. like a .7mm gel can be bigger than a 1mm ball. i like the staples tru red pens. the inks are really good for how cheap they are.

i use a typical bic multipen 4in1 for planner and notes because it can make categories and separate notes stand apart. for forms, like govt forms, applications,, i'll use a blue ink for auxiliary notes and then black for the fields.

what i really want is a multi pen with a range of black cartridges so no field/box is too small; like a .4 to .7 gel. either Ohto's multipen or Pilot's Coleto. the problem with multi pens through, because they seems so cool, is writing with all the extraneous weight is a bummer.

(My desk's cup has: bic .07 mechanical, red sharpie, glass quill and [deep green] ink well, tru red .7 gel and 1.0ball black, thin yellow highlighter, stapler, sizzors with an actual screw holding the two halfs together not a rivet or some shit, a sick usb drive e, oh a bic4in1)

well on the second video you see everything wasn't exactly perfect the first go :P and the grid pattern helps a lot and ngl prolly most of it was tested on scraps :D The ones u use tho they don't seem so bad.. lots of the cheapie multi's are thick and heavy and if u use them too much then go to the thinner singles ur writing changes too much.

my favs are actually super cheap and easy to get, theyre the uni style fit's and theyre only a 3 colour but they do gels down to 0.28 up to 1.0 or the jetstreams umm.. think they go down to 0.5 cant remember but remember 0.7 and 1.0.. the only problem for me is that theyre a bit thicker and i write best with really thin, so having lotsa individuals rather than multi's is better for me and going super low so like 0.38 to 0.5.. lol the 0.28 i glide too much lol.. depends on the paper too though, the higher the gsm the more comfy i am with nice thick multi's coz theres sort of a resistence... maybe its just me lol

quill awesome!! tho that means u have lots of experience with fountains and lol all i do with them is make scritchy noises and half finished letters so quill is a step up than that : )
