I am always a bit skeptical of these caught-ya-in-public videos. Getting surprised and kind of badgered for answers can cause people to panic and say dumb things.
More than likely, if they'd been asked in a more relaxed context, you'd get more correct answers. I believe that, many times, people are so insecure that they tend to overthink. We are so used to seeing these 'social experiment' videos, that people probably try to anticipate the 'trick' of the question, i.e. they aren't expecting these questions to be as straightforward as they actually are.
Still, some of the correct answers are such general knowledge that it doesn't speak well whatsoever that a person couldn't answer them, even being confronted by them unexpectedly.
