0bama was still so paranoid that he made the US Marines who marched in his inaugural procession remove the bolts from their drill rifles. At several times during his reign, even 0bama's stooges made the military disarm itself in their presence. Leon Panetta went to Afghanistan to visit some Marines and he made them disarm. And of course, 0bama left the restrictions in place that make military bases a gun free zone.
