Yep everyone (so not only blacks) who decide to immigrate to Africa should get a loan that they don't have to pay back, so they can start a business there. Just you wait, 40 million now unopressed proud black people, who btw built America, Africa will be a force to be reckoned with, epsepcially when they stop giving their resources away to the chinks.
