Gupsies (who originate from India) are that way, they like to live in tents under squalid conditions and when they try to occupy some space and the locals object, they scream "racism!". In the meantime, they can be quite rich thanks to drug dealing and robberies and all kinds of criminal activities. Of course, these days they prefer to be called "roma".
