Absolutely. We're not savages. But since when is the public shaming of social pariahs a new thing? Shit will die down eventually, and her life will go back to normal. But in the mean time— she's learning, the hard way, that sometimes actions can have consequences. She's clearly the type of person who's used to getting her way, by any means necessary. She pulled that, "I'm gonna tell them an African-American man is attacking me," card so effortlessly, and the phone-acting was so spot-on that one almost has to wonder how many times she's done something similar. False rape accusations come to mind. The dog getting taken away is *absolutely* justified, in my opinion. She looked like she was going to kill it just trying to get it to shut-up and not move while she was on a call. (**\*edit:** not to mention, she clearly doesn't know how to follow pet-ownership by-laws) I know that's a little like me cheering for CPS, but we can all safely assume the dog would be better off with a less-frenetic owner— especially as a "rescue."
