You are a compassionate person and experience empathy. A bottom line either weeds out people like you in management or crushes it out of them. Of course people should be put before profits as we are all on this ship together. The larger the human population becomes the more this practice will continue as people you never interact with are easy to write off. Obey the mighty dollar or be banished from the system goyim.
