They say us whites are always causing blacks harm and such or try to make it out to be that way. This is how a black person (black adult male) treats a black child in this situation or did in this one at least. It's like the hood or gangland shootings in black communities or between black gangs and/or black inner city gangs alone to as well. They try to make it out to be us whites and/or it's always us whites causing them harm and such. ----- This was in 96 or 1996 (video below). Speeding up to 2019 as this has gotten much worse since then to me personally or in the last 20 or so years alone.
