Never been to LA so I can't say for sure, but I doubt it's any worse than Frisco. That old Costner movie said 'if you build it they will come'. Well, LA and Frisco has gone from not discouraging homeless people from moving there, to actively encouraging their migration. Add in both are a 'sanctuary' city, which grows the homeless population by adding in illegals, plus the fact that libtard PC crap permeates all levels of city government...all that adds up to a recipe producing exactly what it has produced.
