Im not really saying modern medicine is a bad thing just that it is one of the many ways where the extremely weak that could not survive even 50-100 years ago are living longer and having offspring that bring their bad genetics with them. Im also not saying they shouldn't be alive just that these genetics have been spread where they normally would have very little reach and would die out in large portions of the world.
