In my personal life, I know a set of identical twins born in 1967. Axxxxx , the 10 minute older twin, went pure vegan in his early 20's. Avid bike rider. Bxxxx, the younger twin, eats enough meat for the both of them, loves beer , and has just enough veggies and hardly any sugar. Pretty much a keto or palio diet eater. . A looks to be 65, Grey hair, older skin, on the skinnier side. B looks to be 35, hair still black but with some Grey, great shape in spite of a high stress job and minimal workouts.
