They are targeting a common mechanism in tumors to hide from killer t cells and switching the function to act as a beacon instead.
Problem is any non cancer cells absorbing the lipid nanoparticles will be scheduled for destruction too when the genes get edited and expressed. Dump this into blood and you've got a hell of an immune response and probable arterial and cardiac necrosis if not kidney necrosis. You'd need to inject a small amount to the center of the tumor and bet that as it grows the "kill me" genes get shielded inside the tumor while they grow and that chemo eventually kills the outer cells so the remaining tumor is entirely composed of modified cells and even then the immense immune response could fuck somebody up but who knows chemo weakens the immune system too.
I saw a different therapy designed to get the body to just dump a highly effective antigen that seems to work on a wide range of pathogens and effectively reduces cell aging and tumor growth and thereby mortality in rats declines by 25% in other words they give this shit to elderly rats and they live 25% longer. But the antigen injections were direct and monthly my suggestion is remove a smidge of liver, suffuse it in this lipid nanoparticle to rewire it to produce this antigen and then reattach the liver, the liver bit I got from a study using mRNA injections directly into liver to make it produce insulin and cure type 1 diabetics. The insulin study was done on humans successfully.
