It's tough, but it's absolutely the right call. Consider this, it's not just that it is a dangerous bio-weapon, (although that should be more than enough) if they (man or woman) took it, they listen to the jewtube more than their own common sense. If it's not the bio-weapon, it'll be something else that absolutely breaks common sense and ask yourself "where on earth did they get that idea" but you already know the answer.
