Canbot is right, there's no way that this will pass.

I'm all for the proposal; when "we need to test blood for vaxx because it's not safe" becomes mainstream more fence-sitters shift.

Yes, it's just noise in a sea of noise. Interesting to see it surface for a brief moment, however.
