I know - simply put 'Trading freedom for (the idea) of safety'. A UK coined socio-political term also describes it as 'The Nanny State'.

We're not far off from this in the USA, but at least most people here seem unhappy with the boot on their throat. New Zealanders are like "Stomp harder, daddy! I'm so happy there aren't school shootings!" Neck breaks.

Yeah, to be fair for a long time the Nz Govt system did seem to provide for the interests and well being of NZ society well enough until around the mid 80's and 90's when there was a subtle, incremental shift to a more overtly open Big business - build back better system, user pays model and long walk through the institutions agenda-driven garbage that has co-opted and corrupted every single facet of everyday life. Thanks to the parasitic joo.

It was arguably bad enough that the entire NZ system was a very closed Masonic influenced Commonwealth-based system but it was what it was and functioned adequately well for the serfs - now it is just out in the open hugely fake and big ghey.

Many NZ'ers are so firmly brainwashed and goyslopped they just ignore or are too distracted with today's faked reality and have some Stockholm syndrome nonsense going on of not believing their lying eyes. It's sad and maddening to have to watch unfold day after day and then have to try and take it seriously.

When i do finally die - the last thing i wish for is that i took life more seriously !. Rant over.
