To continue "moving forward", that may be the case, though the earlier vaxxine was said to be ineffective against the most recent covid strains. That does not absolve them of their past errors. The investigations into Fauci et al, the preplanned scamdemic/clotshot could be exposed almost simultaneously adding an order of magnitude of support to the litigant claims - that it was not accidental but purposeful harm.
