They are still overstepping by requiring employees who decline to do so in writing.

OSHA requires vaccines for occupational disease to be offered. If they did an acknowledgement of offer form for all employees I would be fine with that, but this is still creepy shit.

Declination of Vaccine for will be used against those who submit one, no doubt.

Employees who opt not to get vaccinated may submit a declination form...

Caregivers can choose to decline the vaccine. Those who do not wish to receive it simply need to submit a declination form by Nov. 30. They no longer need to request approval for a medical or religious exemption as many of our states and CMS required at the height of COVID,” said Connors.

“All declinations will be automatically accepted. They do not need to be approved. This process is not the same as the medical or religious exemptions that many states and federal regulators required us to review and approve during the pandemic,” he added.

Re-reading this through the prism of marxist doublespeak, you're right. All they did was change their published vax mandate to claiming they only need to offer it because govt, remove any intended penalty for opting out and say nothing about the future penalty they intend to apply for employee refusal. Shitty assignments, no raises, 3rd class status, intimidation, separation. Maybe the clever lawfare way to avoid or work around future lawsuits.

Or they are being honest. Nah, just kidding.
