No silly, they're not targeting a single ethnic group/ culture/ race or religion , so therefore it doesn't constitute their definition genocide. Plus it's not 'experimentation' if they already know beyond a shadow of a doubt it's entirely detrimental, lol. It's deliberate weakening/dysregulation of the systems and functions of (presuamably) healthy individuals. Exactly the same that the fast food and sugar industry does but over a longer time span.
