Actual "Flu" (as in Influenza) cases are probably a lot less common than thought, but common colds are misdiagnosed as influenza particularly in elderly patients. Since there's not "shot" for the common cold, diagnosing more respiratory infections as "flu" helps to push the flu jab narrative. The flu jab has an efficacy of much less than 30% (certainly not the claimed 70-90%), like the COVID shot, it cannot prevent infection or transmission of the virus as the jab only creates IgG antibodies (systemic antibodies), rather than mucosal compartment IgA antibodies that are created via a natural infection.
There are also other factors, such as any death of an elderly person with even the slightest hint of a respiratory disease being classified as COVID, and the administration of morphine and midazolam in combination to elderly people in respiratory distress (that is MURDER). The argument that non-pharmaceutical interventions totally stopped flu doesn't hold water, otherwise they would have totally stopped COVID and the common cold, which they did not.
