It's an ongoing rumor that never really went away , Arnold has always refused point blank to discuss it, if just to put it to rest. Same about ignoring his rampant steroid use - completely ignores the topic and makes sure it's never ever brought up in an interview. He evidently did it while still a poor broke ass gym hound to make ends meet, before his Olympia titles and making it in film and television (back in the late 60's/ early 70's - internet obviously didn't exist - and cheap ass gay skin mags weren't printed in large quantities).
