I don't think it's scripted since both Fauci and the mayor come across as stumbling, inarticulate and unconvincing. They are both so used to having scripts and prepared remarks that they don't do very well in a front porch debate with a guy who probably dropped out of high school.
This aged wonderfully for the black man, not so much for the Vax pushers.
Imagine how much more that man could own then today with the information that is now available!
