Not as much as fertile, vaccine free women. One vaccine free male can impregnate hundreds of fertile women. If you only have one fertile woman and hundreds of vaccine free males you will only get the children that one woman can bear. This is why the Scythians and Germanics valued and protected their women more than their men. Lose half the men and the next generation will replace them.
