While I agree that there are many flaws in the idea and most if not all of your points are valid. We are not sure what frequency range they are using. If these particles link up then they can act as an antenna for ranges that flesh would be transparent.

Also if injected an amount would be in the capillaries just under the surface of the skin where moderately high frequencies can penetrate.

Thirdly, It doesn't matter. If the people making this shit can convince the people giving money for this shit that they get any measure of further control then the money will roll in no matter the effect on the chattel.

This is all just speculation as I am sure neither of us has a sample of the material nor the equipment to test any of this.
