Came here to say this. blue states would be full information lockdown, they would dogmatically refuse to file reports that would make their masters look bad, red states would have far more honesty. This conclusion is built on the assumtion that blue states are as honest as red states which is a laughable premise considering leftists mutilate children and attack them when they complain.
Also bluetards would be less likely to report adverse effects than republicans, they would rather die with vAids than admit they were wrong. So even if things were entirely equal blue states would report less.

Eg "red states are seeing double the vaers reports, either the vaccine manufacturer sent more dangerous vaccines to red states or blue states are lying in their reports" That's far stronger to a normie than "they are killing off people in red states", you already gave them the alternative and they have to pick. It's also a bit of a false dichotomy which is scummy tactics because it could also be that blue vaccines failed because blue states have shit tier diversity hires fucking up the batches and possibly some other stuff but it's still a far better argument.
