If she has any sense of shame at all, she'll either end it herself in the tub with a jug of red wine and a new pack of razor blades, or end up being one of those 911 "wellness" checks phoned in by a neighbor because of the smell coming from next door and fire rescue breaks down the door to find her rotting corpse surrounded by empty vodka bottles and her face eaten off by the cats.
