Get that 1990s wire management issue wrapped up yet?
You buying?
I saw a mess on a trip to our semiconductor assembly facility in Singapore circa 1996. One of my to do items for that trip was to evaluate their characterization lab capability. After digging out and functionally evaluating their equipment, I pulled up a few floor tiles to see what their wire management looked like and it appeared every wire from the 1970s-on was right where they left it, what a mess! I even found old broken test equipment hidden down there. No, I'm not in the market!
I do want to clean it up, but that's 20 years of junk and some of the back end stuff is my own design and make. I need to redesign obsolete boards before I can do some of it.
So, Real Soon Now.
Singapore 96....semi assy....were the green chairs still there???? Uh oh lurker... we may actually know each other irl.
CC Sng was the NSSG Mil/Aero plant manager at the time. I was based in NSME. I don't remember if the 2nd floor office chairs were green, I don't recall that they were modern ergo designs, so they probably were the older 1960s style.. I do remember the one "western toilet" in the executives building. Were you based in Sunnyvale/San Jose? DM me for more details.
