I was in helpdesk it from 2000 - 2008... That was complete hell. I would be working on 3-4 machines at the same time on vnc/TeamViewer clearing off shit all day everyday. It was insane. These companies would pay out the ass for Symantec enterprise, panda, nod32 whatever and all the shit I used to actually remove and prevent Spyware was all freeware. It's impossible those multimillion dollar companies weren't in on this
