I pointed this out to my employer a year ago. I pointed to how many people were behind schedule and how the only counterindication is an adverse reaction to the vaccine, the implication being that there are millions of injuries no matter how slight driving vaccine hesitation among the previously compliant. I didn't even get a written response.
