What utter fucking bullshit. Commotio Cortis is most prevalent (though still extremely rare) in young boys (12-14) who are struck in the chest by a small fast moving object usually a ball, puck or fist at a very specific time. Diagnosis of Commotio Cortis is usually made at autopsy, you cannot make a diagnosis of Commotio Cortis from an external observation (you could make a presumed diagnosis, but that's no more than a guess). The likelihood that a running dive onto relatively flat dirt by a 17 year old would result in Commotio Cortis is effectively zero.

Of all the fucking moronic explanations for the rampant sudden cardiac death of young athletes that is occurring, trying to pin them on Commotio Cortis is just so fucking stupid. They might as well blame them on fucking lighting strikes (but it's invisible lightning) or some shit as that would make more sense.

The clueless lefties have got a new term to play with -- "commotio cortis." No mention in the article as to whether the kid took the Covid shots, but if he was on a sports team, it's more likely than not. This was the vax.
