There are: I have family working there who administered them. They did not do it like the US where it was strictly to the elderly and healthcare, only "prioritized."
There is no central database about who is vaccinated in Germany (because of privacy concerns), so we ill never know the exact numbers. We have the British numbers and the Brits initially claimed that the higher death count among vaccinated people was because they vaccinated the elderly first. Later, they stopped releasing the numbers, so we don't know if younger vaccinated were affected too.
If it wasn't the elderly who died "suddenly" in Q1 2021, then there is either another explanation, or the diagram is based on wrong numbers. But the numbers are the official numbers of a German government agency.

Which makes perfect sense as the death rates go up for elderly for illnesses, even when vaccinated, and this is not a specific phenomena to COVID-19.
Regardless, we do have vaccination numbers and the numbers vaccinated in Q2 are far greater than Q1 and the "only elderly were vaccinated" in Q1 point is invalid since healthcare workers and the general population were allowed to be vaccinated in Q1, a well. Since far greater numbers of elderly and all population were vaccinated in Germany in Q2, the point being made in the post does not match reality. It does not correlate. What it does correlate to, directly, is the number of positive Delta Infections. It matches directly. It varies directly. And as I linked before, we know Delta (and its offshoots) were the deadliest variant and it bypassed both acquired immunity and natural immunity from the Alpha variant.

This cannot explain the German KBV numbers - except if Flu, Cold, and Delta have suddenly killed people with sudden cardiac death, cardiac arrest, sudden death, and death occuring within less than 24h after onset of symptoms. But there are no hints that Delta killed people with different means than Wuhan (Omicron is different because it causes less cell fusions deep in the lung).
