(Pre-covid) OSHA rule for occupational exposure is that employers whom so wish may educate employees on vaccine prevention of disease and provide the vaccine at no cost to the employee who may opt to use or not use it. This is consistent with worker protection. In the medical setting to require vaccination is to say that employees are required to risk vaccine consequence not to protect the employee, but to protect a third party. Somebody requires you to have a medical procedure for benefit of yet somebody else. This is not any kind of decent behavior. Montana should tell them to piss up a rope.
