Yeah, there is no pathway for infection through breastmilk for covid, but there is a pathway for tcells. Whatever exposure the baby had from contact with the mother was immediately countered by the mothers immune response because it tskes a few days to become contagious, so by the time the baby gets infected the mother is producing antibodies.
