Totally agree. I've read a few other stories behind clot shot deaths with this same pattern. ME won't label cause of death as clot shot related, no autopsy or lost records, cremation as fast as possible (whether requested by deceased/family or not) to destroy the evidence. These ME's are complicit in the cover-up.
