Hahaha, just dehydrated. Like everyone else who is a bit thirsty and goes into a seizure. I wonder whether, as he was slipping from consciousness, did he ever think "what have I done?", did he realize that he, by submitting (willingly or unwillingly) to the jab, sealed his own fate?
