Victoria will likely push for more mandates. Lots are not taking them, quite a few are fleeing the state entirely (nurses moving to Tasmania where they don't need to be jabbed, etc). The economy here is fucked, shops have no staff, daycare centers are refusing bookings due to lack of staff. Hospitals... well, pray you don't need to go to hospital. These staff shortages don't make any particular sense other than many more working age people refusing to get the jab, or at least refusing further jabs. Many of the latter will be those injured by their earlier ones, of whom I know several. People in the prime of their lives who now live mostly in ignorance of the seriousness of the conditions they have. I don't have the heart to tell the parents of a 4 year old who both got myo/pericarditis from the jab that the 5 year mortality rate is ~50%. If the boosters stop rolling out, we may see a fall off in the "died suddenly" phenomena, but further waves of harm are coming. There will be a wave of cancer, and a wave of neurological conditions such as early onset dementia that will unfold over the coming years. They REALLY REALLY wanted everyone to get jabbed, so that there would be no control group and these issues could be more effectively blamed on something else (likely "climate change"... I wish I was joking). Then there will be the fertility issues which are just starting to be noticed, it will get more and more apparent as the children who were jabbed come in to their child bearing years.
