They were told by their hospital administration. If they asked any questions they were probably told there will be no discussion and any breach of this order will result in disciplinary action.
The answer to that is to broad-band it, with names attached. "This hospital administrator said this..." Directs quotes and name names. Like pedophiles, these cocksuckers only have as much power over you as you allow them to have. It only works if it's kept secret, and keeping your mouth shut only empowers them because it means you agree.
The only proper answer to any attempt at intimidation is immediate full double-shot broadsides right up their stern at close quarters. Then hard over and come about.
