My mom had it once long before COVID and she's not an alcoholic. I don't know everything her doctor prescribed but one of them was to eat yogurt.

My ex was a great cook and idolized Julia Child. She watched all of the old Julia Child cooking series plus Julie & Julia at least a half dozen times [loved it] on PBS - I watched it once. She told me about that fun fact.
Find the old black and white episodes from the late 60's-70's. Those are golden because they were far less polished and Julia Child was totally unrehearsed. Good times and magic.
