totally understand. you're essentially talking about a black market. government loves those because prices are high, regulation doesn't exist and they can raise massive profits for the black budget.
heroin from Vietnam and Afghanistan come to mind, but also cocaine from south america. how else is the CIA and IC going to fund their projects outside of their approved budget?
and yes, they name the bills almost as if they're a joke. my favorite was the "affordable healthcare act" which charged me $600 as a fine because at the time I couldn't afford nor did I think I needed to spend $500+ a month on healthcare as a healthy 26 year old. i know they wanted young and healthy ppl to pay for sick ppl and they acted like this is some brilliant thought. take from someone and give to another, which used to be called robbery, but its different when gov. does it apparently.
At that point it's not even health insurance anymore. It's everyone paying for everyone's medical bills. Insurance is supposed to be when people decide to share risks and damages together. So if 1 in 100 people gets hit with a $10,000 loss, each one could pay $100 instead of having one unlucky person pay $10,000. This is generally an ongoing thing with an ongoing risk they all share with payments preceding the damages. I find it ridiculous, though, that insurance is a business people are getting rich off of. It seems like insurance could be more of a cooperative collaboration at least for approved people.
As far as health insurance, I don't want to pay for medical expenses of ham planets and other people who do absolutely nothing to take care of their health. You've got a ton of fat niggers smoking, drinking, and eating fried food from restaurants, and there's plenty of white people living like this as well. Also, the Rockefeller medical industry is mostly a scam. The surgeons are really good at surgery, and they're good at keeping people alive and resurrecting corpses. Outside of that, the recent scam of kill shots should make you terrified to ever go to a doctor for any long-term health issues. Naturopaths are a better alternative than MDs, but in many states, insurance won't pay for such care.
i agree. i understand the need to incentivize research and development, but look where that's gotten us. pharma now makes pills and "treatments" in search of an ailment. or like cvd, they use their profits to essentially buy the government policies through bribery (oh sorry, lobbying) and the agencies that should be regulating them end up being an arm of big pharma through the revolving door, bribes and regulatory capture. it's a fucking joke and a bad one at that.
putting the profit incentive in medicine and education gets dangerous when it comes to developing new medicines. when you put a price on something you essentially say "this is for the rich". I understand single payer healthcare isn't entirely the answer either. but insurance companies are essentially middle men, who weasel their way into the middle of transaction and drive up costs.
Back around 1900 the Rockefeller and Carnegie collaboration sought to destroy the competition in the realm of medical and healing practices. The field wasn't dominated by the medical doctor like it is now. There were herbal remedies and all kinds of stuff out there. Actually, a lot of physician's medicines involved mercury or arsenic. Anyway, using their wealth, Rockefeller and Carnegie decided that they were going to get everybody trusting in petrochemicals that they can produce and patent for enormous profits. They used their wealth to promote such chemicals, the trust in doctors that we see today, the defamation of non-doctors and any of their treatments, and the brainwashing of doctors in medical schools to be big pharma drug pushers.
These days we see that the drug companies will actually define a problem in a manner where one of their products is the solution. Do you have heartburn or acid reflux? This is caused by too much stomach acid (as if the stomach isn't supposed to be acidic), and what a coincidence, we have a drug that shuts off your stomach acid (again, let's not consider that the stomach is supposed to be acidic). Just a quick FYI, the acid reflux problem isn't caused by the stomach being acidic, it's caused by the valve at the top of the stomach malfunctioning and letting the acid get where it doesn't belong. This can be caused by harmful chemicals in tap water or by a lack of calcium and other minerals involved in producing stomach acid. Anyway, taking our drugs and destroying proper digestion in your stomach is wonderful, because it makes drug companies rich.
Everything you've heard about cholesterol is bullshit as well. It's just stuff that was created and promoted so they could sell their cholesterol lowering drugs. It's seed oils and sugar overload that's fucking up your heart and blood vessels, and the solution is to improve your diet, not take drugs.
