I just started randomly googling the test kits in the link you provided and found what appears to be their official database. https://wits.worldbank.org/trade/country-byhs6product.aspx?lang=en#void Out of the 5 random ones I searched for, test-300215 does not exist yet was shipped according to the link you provided. If they edited it as you suggest (I have practically zero doubt they have), then it may be important to figure out what it was. The other test were all fairly innocent reagents and shit.
