This almost looks like divine judgment. Have you noticed that the people getting Bell's Palsy are the media whores, the "pretty" people, the celebrities? It hits them where they live, in the face, making them look goofy and stupid. What an exquisite punishment for these people! To strip away their mask of "coolness" and make them look like clowns (which is what they really are).
