My missus got the Novavax when her work told her that they would fire her. I told her to tell them to shove it (like I did with the initial rollout, and she just told them "No" then, and they didn't fire her, they bent over backward to get around the bureaucrats though, had to work from home). Now, she's been told that she must be "up to date", by which they mean getting the booster as soon as you are eligible (in 3 months rather than 6 months), but there is no approved Novavax booster, so she would need to get the mRNA... she refused again, and they yielded again, for now.
She never should have got any of the shots. It seems that they are well aware that they have no moral, ethical, medical or legal basis to force the jabs. So, if you refuse (and you mean it... i.e. you are prepared to be fired) they will fold. I think a lot of the people throughout the system know it's a fucking disaster. But they don't want to stand up and say so, because the remaining system will obliterate them...but they must stand up.

My workplace forced mandatory vaccinations in the office. I told my boss straight up it's not going to happen and whether I should start looking for employment elsewhere. I ended up having to work from home for nearly a year and am now back at the office.
People really need to stand united. There is more than enough opportunity out there if you are one of the unlucky few who get terminated.
